Egg fried rice


INGREDIENTS

  •  Rice (amount as desired)
  •  1/2 onion (or more, to taste)
  •  1 tin of sweetcorn
  •  A few mushrooms
  •  1-2 eggs

HOW TO MAKE

1. Cook the Rice

Begin cooking the rice according to your preferred method.

2. Prepare the Vegetables:

  • Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  • Chop the onion into small pieces and add to the frying pan.
  • Chop the mushrooms and add them to the onions.

3. Combine Ingredients:

  • Once the rice is cooked, drain it and add it to the frying pan.

  • Drain the sweetcorn and add it to the pan, stirring everything together.
  • Break the eggs directly into the pan, or beat them in a separate bowl and then pour them into the pan.

  • Stir the mixture continuously, keeping the eggs moving until they are fully cooked. This should take about 5-8 minutes.

        5. Serve

Serve the egg fried rice hot.
