INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons French dressing
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
HOW TO MAKE
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain any excess fat.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, granulated sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
- Spread a generous amount of the special sauce over each tortilla.
- Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
- Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced onions, sliced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly to form wraps.
- Serve the Big Mac wraps with additional special sauce on the side if desired.
