INGREDIENTS :
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Chopped parsley for garnish
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
4. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browned.
5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, minced rosemary, chicken broth, and lemon juice.
7. Pour the butter mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.
9. Spoon the sauce from the bottom of the baking dish over the chicken.
10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
