Ingredients

Fresh ABF Chicken Breasts 1 pound cut into chunks of 1 inch
Kosher salt 2 teaspoon
Grated ginger 1 teaspoons
Minced garlic 1 teaspoons
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Ground turmeric 3/4 teaspoon
Chili powder 1/4 teaspoons
Fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Carlini Ghee Clarified Butter 3 teaspoons
Yellow onion 1 large diced
Sliced hot green chili pepper 2
Frozen Season’s Choice Plain or Garlic Riced Cauliflower 6 cups
Chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
Lemon wedges, for serving

A pleasant gift for the health-conscious people is this low carb Biriyani recipe made by replacing rice with cauliflower. This Keto recipe is a Gluten-free Chicken Biriyani which is quick and easy as well to make.

Step 1

Take the chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients like ginger, garlic, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, and lemon juice. Season the chicken nicely with it.

Take a large skillet and add 1 teaspoon ghee putting it at high heat. Now add half the chicken to it and cook till browned. Stirring halfway cook the chicken through for 5 more minutes.

Set the chicken aside and repeat the rest half of chicken with the remaining Ghee and set it aside as well.

Add ghee to the skillet and heat it at medium-high heat, adding the onion and cook till they become golden brown or about 3-4 minutes.
