Ingredients

Thai rice noodles 10 oz
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 lb sliced into small strips,
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Packed dark-brown sugar 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp
Lime juice 1 Tbsp
Fish sauce 1 Tbsp
Red bell pepper 1 sliced into thin strips and halved
Matchstick carrots 1 1/2 cups
Garlic 2 cloves
Green onions 5 white part minced and greens sliced into 1-inch pieces
Bean sprouts 2 cups
Large eggs 3
Salt-free peanuts 1/2 cup chopped
Cilantro 1/3 cup chopped
Red pepper flakes and sesame seeds for garnishing

When time is a challenge, and you are to satisfy a hungry stomach just within a very short span, Chicken pad Thai recipe is one that is always to win the task. This yummy Chicken recipe made with rice noodles, peanuts and scallions is a just 30-minute recipe to be served at any time of the day.

Step 1

Follow the directions on the packet, cook the rice noodles. Take a mixing bowl and whisk together the brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and fish sauce and keep aside.

While the noodles start cooking, take a wok and heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high flame. To the oil, add the chicken pieces and cook for about 6 minutes.

Shift the cooked chicken to a plate leaving the oil back in the pan. Transfer to a plate, leaving the oil in a pan. To the oil, add bell pepper and carrots and bring to saute for 2 minutes. Next add the ginger, garlic, green onions, and bean sprouts and saute for another 1 minute.

Pushing the vegetables to the pan edge crack an egg into the center and make a scramble out of it.
