2 large Whole egg
1 teaspoons Dried parsley or thyme or oregano
1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
4 Individual Warburton’s Crumpets
2 level teaspoons Low Fat Spread
Turkey Rasher
4 rasher(s), grilled
3 small, halved Tomato

Juicy Crumpets toasted on the fat-free spread and served with seasoned turkey and tomatoes are
healthy and lip-smacking being a weight watcher recipe as well.

Step 1

Put the grill to high heat and arrange kitchen foil on a grill pan.

Step 2

Take a shallow bowl to whisk together the eggs and the dried herbs seasonings. Dip the crumpets into the egg mixture in batches and pressing them in such a way that the crumpets absorb eggs to its max. Transfer them to a plate.

Over a medium-high flame melt the low-fat spread in a pan. Fry cook the crumpets in the heated spread in batches for 2-3 minutes each side till crisp and golden

In the meantime when the crumpets are being cooked grill the tomatoes and rashers for 3-5 minutes till nicely cooked. While the crumpets are cooking, grill the rashers and tomatoes (cut-side up and seasoned with freshly ground black pepper) for 3-5 minutes until cooked.
