Ingredients

Ground turkey 1 lb.
Panko bread crumbs 1/2 c.
Freshly grated Parmesan 1/4 c. And some more for serving
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
1 large egg
Garlic 3 cloves minced
Freshly chopped parsley 1 tbsp., plus more for serving
Finely chopped chives 1 tbsp.
Milk 1 tbsp.
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Butter 2 tbsp.
Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp.
Low-sodium chicken broth 1/4 c.
Roasted spaghetti squash, for serving

One very exciting, garlicky Turkey recipe is this Garlic butter Turkey meatballs coming straight from the Italian Kitchen. The combined taste of cheese and butter is enough to bring water to everyone’s mouth may it be any occasion.

Put the oven to preheat at 350°.

Take a large bowl and stir the ground turkey with bread crumbs, onion, parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, milk, and chives till nicely combined. Season the mixture with pepper and salt.

Form meatballs of 1 ½ inch each.

In the next step, take a large skillet and put to heat over medium flame. Put butter and olive oil in the skillet to melt.

When the olive oil and butter mixture is hot, drop the meatballs and fry till its golden brown from all sides up to 4 minutes. Add the chicken broth and cover the skillet with a lid and let simmer till the meatballs are cooked for about 6 minutes.
