Ingredients

All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
Ground cumin 1 tablespoon
Sazon seasoning 2 packets (about 2 teaspoons)
Freshly grounded pepper and Kosher salt
2 and ½ pounds center-cut bone-in pork chops
Tomatoes petite diced 1 14.5-ounce can
Potatoes 1 pound peeled and sliced into 1-inch rounds
Onion thinly sliced 1
Red bell pepper thinly sliced 1
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Bay leaves 2
Red or white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon

A Latin American Pork in broth soup served with ample greenery is a healthy pork chop recipe for any meal for family or guests invited.

Step 1

Take a large bowl to add cumin, sazon, grinds of pepper to the flour. In this seasoning coat, the pork on both sides and then put them to a 6-quart slow cooker.

IN the same bowl add the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, cilantro, bay leaves, and garlic to the remaining seasoned flour and toss well. Pour these vegetables over the pork chops and cook covered on high heat for a minimum of 4 hours.

Step 3

Place the pork chops on a platter. Now leave the cooking fat in the pan and put some bay leaves in it and Transfer the pork chops to a platter. Skim off the fat from the cooking liquid and discard the bay leaves. Stir the cilantro and the remaining vinegar in a slow cooker. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it for seasoning.
