This dessert recipe is a super healthy caramel Ice cream pie with a coconut caramel topping sweetened with pure maple syrup. The combination of healthy oats, dates, and walnuts is a health-conscious dessert platter that is also a low carb recipe after a gala meal.

Prepare the caramel sauce and allow it to cool.

Before making the ice cream, make sure to keep the ice cream maker in the freezer for at least a few 12 hours. Also, refrigerate the coconut milk for at least a few hours to solidify the fats in it.

Now put the ice cream together and blend well in a blender till thoroughly mixed. Now add the ice cream mix to the maker and follow the instructions for the setting. It would take about 15 minutes to set primarily.
