Ingredients

Thinly sliced Chicken Breasts 1 pound may, boneless chicken thighs also may go*
Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon
Brown sugar ¾ cup
Soy sauce ⅓ cup
Hoisin sauce 2 Tablespoons
Sweet Chili Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Ginger peeled and grated 1 Tablespoon
Dried red pepper flakes to taste a pinch
Minced garlic ½ teaspoon
One lime Juice

Step 1

First of all, place a large skillet on medium-high flame and heat it. To it add 1 tbs of olive oil. Add the chicken breasts or the chicken thighs to the heated oil and add pepper & salt. Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side till the thermometer measures 165 degrees turning brown on both sides. Put the fried chicken on a plate.

Step 2

In the same skillet take soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, red pepper flakes and lime juice and whisk together. Place this mix on medium heat flame and put to boil for 1-2 minutes or till the gravy becomes thick.

Add the rested chicken preparation back to the sauce in the skillet and coat it with the sauce on each side.

Decorate the preparation with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions.
